What is required to secure my date?First, submit all your essential event details on our inquiry form. The team will review and schedule a tour if your particular date is available. A contract and nonrefundable retainer of $300 is required to lock in your date. If a deposit is not submitted, the date will remain open. The retainer is applied to your balance. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. All Day bookings remaining balance is due 21 days before the event.

What are your minimum hours for booking?Our minimum is: 3 hours Monday – Thursday 4 hours Friday- Sunday

What are your hours of operation?Monday – Saturday 9am-11pm Sunday 10am-9pm.

What times do you have available?Your event time is open and flexible for events on Monday -Friday Saturday event time slots are 9 am-3 pm or 5 pm-11 pm. If you need to overlap time slots for a Saturday booking, there is an additional fee of $350. This policy is non-negotiable.

Will I be responsible for cleaning?Clients are required to return the space the same way the venue was received. Trash bags are provided, all trash and decorations must be removed from the premises, and no garbage should be left outside the event space. Mopping and sweeping are not required. Failure to not return the venue in the exact way received will result in lost of deposit!

Is parking available?Yes, there is free parking within our center.

Is there a prep kitchen?A warming pantry is available with a hand sink, refrigerator, prep table, and microwave.

Will I be able to come in early to set up for my event?This is a commonly asked popular question. There will be 1 hour provided for set up and 1 hour provided for breakdown. Additional hours can be purchased three days before your event; extra time may not be unavailable if other events have been booked.

Will I be able to set up the day before?This is based on availability. The fee for Early Setup is $200.

Are outside vendors allowed?All vendors are welcomed and must be insured and or licensed. The vendors will have access to the space for the time you have booked. We do have a host of preferred vendors if interested.

Are DJs allowed?We allow the use of outside DJs; however, ALL music must be plugged into the house system to abide by county noise ordinances. DJs or host will provide their microphones. All packages will include Bluetooth speakers available to use with mobile devices!

Is alcohol allowed?Yes, alcohol is allowed and served to all adults 21 years of age or older. Alcohol CAN NOT BE SOLD to your guest. No one employed by The Premier Forum can serve your guest alcohol. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to drink or serve guest alcohol.

What type of decorations are NOT allowed?No nails, tape, screws, staples, or penetrating items will be used on our walls or floors—NO OPEN FLAMES. Hookahs, cigars, candles, glitter or confetti ARE NOT ALLOWED! Failure to abide by this rule will result in a charge for all damages incurred as well as the lost of a deposit!

Is smoking allowed?This is a drug-free and non-smoking facility at all times, and there are no exceptions. Smoking is allowed in the parking lot 100 feet away from the building.

Is this location handicap accessible?Yes, there is a ramp available.

What is your cancellation policy?Please get in touch with us in writing or by phone if you need to cancel your event for any reason. Event deposits are nonrefundable, and every accommodation will be made to reschedule upon availability. A rescheduling fee may apply. Final payment has to be paid 14 days before your event.

How are you handling Coronavirus (COVID-19)?It is imperative that we ensure our staff and guests' safety. We have established policies and procedures under the direction of the CDC and federal and local government. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and each event is sanitized correctly by reputable cleaning services before and after each event. Are tours available?Yes! Please join us for our open house Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5pm -7 pm.
